I know very little of Geivett other than his critiques of Jamie Smith, but Tabash seems like a good debater. See his debate with WLC:

I wonder when people will get tired of these silly debates — i.e. like the one that philosophickle has posted between WLC and Tabash. Both sides repeat the same arguments over and over again, tirelessly, most of the time without ANY original additions of their own. And, of course, since both sides are almost completely insipid and myopic, they inevitably talk past one another and never get to talking about any real issues. Yet people continue doing this and think they’re doing real, genuine philosophy. It’s rather sad. I have very little hope that this new debate will shed ANY light on the issue of God. I suppose if someone knows nothing about the history of the arguments for and against God’s existence comes to the debate, they might learn something. But for those of us who have moved past that, it really is getting old.
I don’t think these people think that they are themselves progressing philosophy. They are debating on the existence of God and hopefully informing the people that came out to watch them.
